A New Twist on Traditional

We're very proud here at McMillan & Co. of our heritage. In fact it's what attracts many of our clients, both home-grown and international.
So we love when we get the chance to feature Scottish suppliers and their fares.

This week, we came across these lovely tweed and tartan brooches at
ScotlandShop.com

We think they'd make a lovely change from the traditional corsage, and best of all, they'll last long after the wedding! Check out their other items too. They have loads of lovely things, from ring cushions to cashmere wraps.

There are so many ways you can incorporate tartan into your wedding. It's up to you whether you use it as an accent, or go to the whole hog and paint the town tartan.

And of course, adding thistle to a bouquet can tie into a Scottish theme without going overboard. Photo courtesy of Glasgow florist Floral Haven.

Just watch you don't jag yourself!
